Description
The Blowing Machine Kit 70B/H is suitable for producing 5 gallon, 3 gallon bottles and is generally used to produce any format of PET/PC and PE preform plastic container with neck diameter between 15mm – 200mm. It is capable of blowing 60 to 70 18.9 l bottles per hour with handle and 80 to 90 10 l bottles per hour without handle.
It contains a rotating infrared preheater to heat the PET preforms. This method has simplified the control of the preheated tube and ensures proper preheating.
The Blowing Machine Kit 70B/H uses the mechanical clamping of the double arm mould which guarantees a tight seal even under high pressure.
The air system has been separated into two parts: pneumatic action and bottle blowing. The two large volume air reservoirs provide sufficient and constant high pressure to blow large and/or irregular shaped bottles.
This machine is equipped with a silencer and an oil pump to reduce noise and friction.
The machine operates in manual and semi-automatic mode.
It is small, easy and safe to operate.
The machine consists of two parts: the blowing part and the preheater. First, the preheater heats the PET preform until it is soft and elastic. It is then fed into the blow mould and blown into the designed shape.
