Manufactured with a double internal TPE ring that allows, on the one hand, to be a totally AZODICARBONAMIDE free stopper and on the other hand, allows to provide a TOTAL and airtight SEAL between the 5 gallon stopper and the neck of the PET Bottle. This is due to the fact that it seals in two different areas, unlike the rest of the caps in the market.
Our 5 gallon water bottle cap is subjected to rigorous leak testing along with our PET Bottle, which guarantees the high quality of the product offered by HODS Quality Guarantee. With these tests, bad seals and water spills are avoided with the savings that this entails. Each batch of caps is certified by Aenor.
The cap is fabricated in LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) and is always manufactured with virgin materials that offer greater adaptability in the final result. In addition, it contains an improved LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) valve with increased return.
This 5 gallon stopper is suitable for any water dispenser or fountain bottle, that is, for bottles with a neck diameter of 55 mm, so it can be coupled to our PET bottle in its different formats from 11.8 liters to 20 liters.
